Our Galleries
King's Parade, Cambridge
Primavera is the leading independent art gallery in Britain. Our main gallery and shop span three floors, housing a diverse and exquisite collection of handmade British art and craft. We curate the finest selection of Cambridge's jewellery, alongside exceptional ceramics and captivating glass art. With a 78-year legacy, we bring together the best of British craftsmanship.
Our primary goal is to provide artwork at various price points and present makers' work in a tangible way, encouraging a tactile experience. Unlike maintaining a purely online presence, we believe in the importance of physical interaction. Similar to Open Studios and art fairs, we offer a diverse and extensive selection. For your convenience, we are open seven days a week throughout the year.
Moreover, our gallery enjoys a stunning location opposite King's College in the heart of Cambridge. The historic building of the gallery itself holds significance, having once been the residence of the renowned poet Charles Lamb and his sister on the first floor. With a range of prices, everyone can find a cherished piece to treasure. While our website offers a glimpse of our diverse artwork, nothing compares to witnessing their beauty in person.
Join us at Primavera and immerse yourself in the world of British art and craft.
